Please review the following information before submitting your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these artwork, printing, application, and color requirements.

Artwork Requirements

All artwork must be submitted as a transparent PNG file at 300 DPI. Your design should be created and saved at the exact dimensions you want it printed.

We print the artwork as it is submitted. Before placing your order, review the file for:

Correct spelling and wording
Proper image size
Transparent background
Image resolution and clarity
Design placement and orientation
Unwanted pixels, borders, shadows, or background areas
Copyright and licensing permissions

Screenshots, low-resolution images, compressed files, blurry artwork, and designs copied from websites may produce poor printing results. Artwork editing, background removal, resizing, color correction, and design preparation are not included unless purchased separately.

Color Differences

Printed colors may differ from the colors displayed on your computer, phone, or tablet. Screens use RGB light to display colors, while DTF transfers are produced using printed inks and a white ink underbase.

Screen brightness, monitor calibration, device type, artwork color profile, fabric color, lighting, and printing conditions can affect how the finished transfer appears. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a professional color-matching service has been arranged before production.

White Ink and Transparent Areas

DTF transfers typically include a white ink underbase to help the design remain visible on light and dark garments.

Any part of the artwork that is fully transparent will not print. White design elements must remain visible in the submitted artwork if you want them printed.

Semi-transparent areas, low-opacity effects, fading edges, soft shadows, glows, and transparent gradients may print differently than expected. Clean edges and fully opaque design elements generally produce the best results.

Sizing

Transfers are printed according to the dimensions selected or entered when the order is placed. The width and height of the artwork may change proportionally to preserve the design's original shape.

Please measure the intended print area before ordering. Transfer size refers to the overall dimensions of the submitted artwork, including any transparent spacing or empty areas surrounding the design.

Fine Details and Small Text

Very small text, narrow lines, tiny dots, distressed details, and thin design elements may not print or transfer accurately. Small disconnected areas may also be difficult to press and may lift during application.

Fabric Compatibility

DTF transfers can be applied to many fabrics, including:

Cotton
Polyester
Cotton-polyester blends
Canvas
Denim
Some performance fabrics

Application results may vary based on the garment's fabric composition, texture, coating, dye, stretch, moisture-wicking treatment, and heat sensitivity.

Use caution when applying transfers to nylon, waterproof fabrics, coated materials, sublimated polyester, spandex, leather, or heat-sensitive garments. Testing is recommended before applying the transfer to a finished product.

DTF transfers are not intended for hard surfaces such as glass, plastic, metal, ceramic, acrylic, or wood.

Heat Press Requirements

A commercial heat press is recommended. Household irons and handheld heat presses may not provide consistent temperature, pressure, or coverage.

Pressing temperatures, times, pressure settings, peeling instructions, and repressing requirements may vary based on the transfer, garment, heat press, and fabric type. Follow the application instructions included with your order.

Heat presses may display inaccurate temperatures. We recommend checking the actual platen temperature with a heat-testing device when application problems occur.

Custom Order Policy

DTF transfers are custom-made according to the artwork and specifications submitted with your order. Please review your file, quantity, transfer size, and order details before completing your purchase.

Customized transfers cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded after production has started unless the product is defective or an error was made during production.
